McManus Motors
McManus Motors started out as Continental Motors located at 84 York Street in 1947 and one short year later Joe knew he needed a larger premises. Construction began on the show piece complex at the corner of Horton & Ridout and business continued until 1980 when a down turn in the Chrysler Corporations fortunes forced the dealership to close. At one time it was the largest Chrysler dealership in Canada and the service department was open 24 hours a day to repair heavy trucks that were passing through London.
